Rules
Listed below are our server rules. Please do try to stick to them while playing. If you want a refresher of the rules, you can type !rules into chat at any time while on the server which will display the rules only to you in chat.
General rules
We realise this is a game aimed at adults therefore we are fairly easy going when it comes to rules regarding behaviour however please don't take it too far with excessive insulting or racism etc.
Weapon rules
Due to the nature of how rush maps play with limited entry points and areas where large amounts of players congregate we have some weapon rules to help ensure games are actually winnable for attackers. Mostly there are around weapons that make pushing extremely difficult like AEO explosives.
The following weapons/gadgets are disallowed:
- Mortar
- UCAV
- Bipod attachment on LMGs (you can use bipods on any other weapon type)
- Shotguns
- Explosive airburst or grenade launchers (smoke/flashbang versions are allowed)
- Rocket launchers on maps without vehicles (locker/flood zone)
Ban appeals
To appeal your ban please join our discord server. Once you have joined go to the ban appeals channel and click the ticket icon below the prompt. This will create a private ticket between yourself and the admins. Please add a message to the channel with your ingame name. Please don't close your own ticket, just wait for a response.
BF4DB banned?
If you are banned on the BF4DB anti cheat service you will need to appeal your ban with them directly. We have a strict policy of no whitelistng. https://bf4db.com

VPN kicked?

I am banned on BF4DB / Battlefield Agency. Can you whitelist me?
No, we have a strict policy not to whitelist anyone from BF4DB/BA bans. Please appeal your ban with them directly.
I am being kicked for using a VPN
If you are being kicked for VPN usage but you are not using one, you need to contact BFAT who provide our VPN detection service. Unfortunately we cannot allow players using VPN connections on our server as they are used to avoid bans by people looking to crash servers.

Firstly, join our server via battlelog to get the kick reason. From there you can either appeal your ban if you have one from us and deal with any third party systems that may be kicking you, see the 2 sections above.

Can I appeal my friends ban?
Unban appeals must be made by the banned player themselves. You cannot appeal on behalf of others.

I don't have PayPal but I want to buy VIP?
Unfortunately PayPal/Bitcoin are the only payment methods we are currently able to accept.
